💸 2. Prices & Payments

  • All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR).

  • We currently accept Cash on Delivery (COD) only.

  • Prices may change at any time without prior notice. However, once an order is confirmed, the listed price will apply.

🚚 3. Orders & Delivery

  • Orders are shipped across Pakistan through trusted courier partners.

  • Delivery usually takes 2–5 working days, depending on your city or location.

  • Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation message with tracking details.

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by courier issues, incorrect addresses, or public holidays.

🔄 4. Returns & Exchanges

  • Returns are only accepted for damaged, leaked, or incorrect items.

  • Requests must be made within 48 hours of receiving the order.

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in their original packaging.

  • To initiate a return, contact us via WhatsApp or email with your order number and a short video/photo proof.

  • Approved refunds or exchanges will be processed promptly.
